Cameron's First Christmas

We had a great first Christmas with Cameron... We Celebrated it a week early as my sisters were with their in laws on Chistmas day. So it didn't feel completely like Christmas, but it was nice to be all together. Cameron got this adorable towel from his Auntie Aim, and Uncle Scott. He loves taking baths. He usually takes them first thing in the morning, after his breakfast of course... He is so alert now and even though he's only 6 weeks, he seems so big! In a lot of the pictures I take, his hair seems to look kind of reddish...However in real life it doesn't look that way. Maybe it's my flash? Shann any ideas?
Finally here is Cameron's cousin Jenkin's... He comes over to play from time to time. Ash and I had to laugh when we looked over and saw him hanging out it Cameron's little chair. (Les if we break it we will be buying you a new one!) After the photo shoot we put the chair high out of his reach! Well as I write this the little man is waking up so talk to you later!

A trip to Daddy's office

Last week Cameron and I got out and about for the afternoon... The girls at Paul's office had been waiting forever to see him. Almost as long as you all have been waiting for me to post another blog! That is Karyn, Paul's receptionist completely loving this little guy! She gave me a nice break . She held him and I socialized with Bogi and Laura, Paul's assistant and hygienist. I also answered a couple of phone calls and made a few appointments! I try and make myself useful while I'm distracting his employee's from doing their work.
This little man is changing so fast! Yesterday I took him down to Edmonds to pick out cousin Jenkin's Christmas gift, all the ladies in the toy shop commented on how fresh born he was... To me he seems huge and not fragile anymore. I like that he doesn't seem so breakable . At his 2 week appointment he had gained 2lbs in only 8 days! Now that he is almost 4 weeks old I wonder where he's at on the scale? I hope he slows down the weight gain just a little.

Thanks to everyone for welcoming me to the blog world! Well, we are still waiting for "baby Cook". Today was my due date but I think this little one has its own agenda. So to pass the time I decided to keep working... I love the girls I work with so it makes the day go quick!

I promise I will implement photo's soon, but currently I don't have any that are exciting...hum wonder why?

Here We Go...

Well I figured it was time to start my own blog.... I love reading all of yours! Currently we are still waiting on the arrival of our little one. He or She is due in 2 days. I really thought "it" would come early, but apparently "it" has an agenda of it's own! So Paul and I have been taking long walks and I have been a cleaning queen! Our major concern right now however, is we do not have a boy's name... We have some we agree on (which believe me is huge) but none that just grab us. Of course the girl's name we have had the whole time, unless of course at the last minute we change our mind. So there you have it pretty much baby, baby, baby is the main thing on our mind! Until next time, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY LES!
