December fun

Christmas is in the air!
Leslie, Carson, Cameron and I headed to Swanson's nursery
to check out Santa's Reindeer!

The boy's thought the animals were ok, but they really loved
the elaborate train display. I loved that it was
set up inside this year. We spent a good 15 minutes
just watching the train go around and around. My little
man threw a fit when it was time to go. We did let
them go back a second time to say bye bye.

The Nelson family Christmas has already happened this year.
As you can see by the matching p.j.'s the elves found
their way to grandma and pop's house this year. It's
almost impossible to get two 1 year old, one 2 year old,
and a 3 year old to stay in one place for any type of photo.
I'm hoping Amy got a better one.

Cam was checking out Jenk's new doctor set.
Jenk's in the background is wearing
his little sisters Christmas gift.
The kid's had a blast playing with each others new toy's.

Cammy opening very carefully one of his presents.
All in all we had a great day.

I finally got a new camera. Mine has been broken since the summer. Maybe I will be a better blogger now.

Enjoying a little Mickey D's
Shortly after this shot was taken Cam pushed the wall with his feet and ended up face first on the floor. He had a goose egg right in the middle of his forehead as well as an even bigger one in the back of his head. He's one tough guy!

My sweet froggie. He's really not into looking at the camera these days.

Our very own "Handy Manny"! I love these goggle pic's...
There you have it, two posts in one day. I'm hoping to do a little better this upcoming year. I think I only posted twice maybe three times this year.

2nd Birthday Bash

Happy Birthday Sweet Boy!
Ok I'm posting this one week and one day late...Better late then never!

Here's the little guy getting ready to blow out his candles after yet another year of mommy dropping his cup cake. This year the candle's were lit and all. It landed right in his lap. He was a little stunned, so was I. Last year the mini cake went splat on the floor...I'll keep you posted on next year.
The kitchen was a hit.

He was alot more into helping with his gifts this year.

All his little buddies minus cousin Jenkins who was not into the group photo.
Ava, Carson, Maggie, Cam, Kaden and Saylor

He was so excited when everyone arrived. This year was alot of fun. My little baby is growing up quite fast. I love you Cammy! xoxo mommy

Thought today would be a good time to update the blog...
Cameron has had a fun summer. He is such a happy little guy. We love each and every day with him!

He has gotten in the habit of sleeping with Mommy and Daddy. I can't say I mind. It's gotta be better then him being out late at night with his friends and me waiting up for him, praying that God is keeping him safe right?

An evening at the beach watching Daddy kite board.

He loves Jenk's truck.

Cameron before his hair cut. He was bald for many many months, but 8/23/09 was his first hair cut. It took us a while to cut his very blond hair. We knew it would mean the end of Cammy's baby stage forever. How long though could we let this little guy walk around with a baby mullet?

Just goofing off at home.

It's been some time since I've done any posting. But I'm back... Cameron is now 17 months and such a happy little dude! As you can see by this first picture he is really into climbing and buttons! Thanks Daddy for this fun game.

Here are Carson and Cameron enjoying some quality reading time together. (Not the greatest picture of Cameron) Carson is Cam's new little buddy he just turned one this month.
Sweet Cousin time! Cameron and Saylor rocking out at Grandma and Pop's house.

Kaden and Cam....Can you tell who's older? Obviously Cameron is older, but Kaden is catching up so quick! It's so much fun now that all the kid's are starting to interact with one another.

Christmas Day

Christmas 2008 was so much fun with Cameron this year. We spent the morning just the 3 of us at home. It was quite relaxing, as I planned ahead and had things ready the day before. We spent the afternoon at my parents house with both of my sisters and their families. Cameron and Jenkins both were too excited to take their naps. By the end of the day we had some tired kiddo's.
Cameron's new dump truck .
At age one this guy is in love with Manny the tool guy.

Our neighborhood has a fun tradition of Santa visiting the neighborhood children on Christmas morning. He rides up on a old fashioned fire engine delivers a present and candy. Cameron wasn't too sure about this jolly old fellow.

It's been way to long since I have posted anything at all...So today is the day. Another snow day around here and I'm going a little stir crazy. Last night it snowed a ton (there is way more snow now then you see in these pictures), and someone just cruised down our hill all the way past Connie's house on a snow board!

Dad and Cam after a little stroll in the snow. Good thing his stroller works in this stuff!

Mommy trying to entertain the little man.

Paul's tracks in the first round of snow.

Cam's first time in the snow...His little boots are way to hard to walk in.

He loves the tree!

We finally got to meet sweet baby Mabel! She is 7 weeks here. We miss seeing Karyn's smiley face every day at the office.

Edmonds tree lighting with "Pop's", Jenks, & Auntie Ash.

The fam at the tree lighting. However, note to self for next year...Don't arrive so early! Cameron was done before the tree was lit.
So this is what we have been up to this past month. We wish each of you a Merry Christmas & Happy New year. Just in case it takes me awhile to post anything again :)
